About the position

As a Principal Product Manager Technical on the Inventory products team at Amazon, you will be responsible for delivering inventory planning services to Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) Sellers. This role involves owning the strategic product roadmap for the Inventory Performance Index and enhancing the seller experience across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions that guide Sellers in critical inventory decisions and improve engagement with Amazon's services.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic product roadmap for Inventory Performance Index, including integration into future services like Supply Chain by Amazon.
• Own seller experience with Inventory Performance Index worldwide, including in existing stores, international emerging stores, and new store launches.
• Develop a roadmap for continuous improvement and processes to incorporate seller feedback, testing seller impact, and measuring outcomes of changes.
• Work directly with Science and Tech teams to translate business requirements into model updates and functional designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience in technical product management

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and effectively influence cross-functional teams
• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
