About the position

As a Principal Product Manager - Technical in the Global Logistics Inbound Supply Chain Product Team, you will lead the strategy and implementation of innovative warehousing solutions that optimize inbound supply chains globally. This role focuses on driving innovation in transportation planning, execution, and warehousing tools, ensuring exceptional reliability, speed, and customer experience at the lowest cost. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of global supply chain management and significantly impact customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product strategy for warehousing solutions, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
• Identify new product opportunities through market analysis and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products from concept to launch.
• Analyze existing products and metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Present strategic plans and results to senior management with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

Nice-to-haves

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.
