About the position

The Principal Product Manager - Technical will lead the strategy and roadmap for AI and Decision Product Enablement, a cutting-edge intelligence platform that enhances decision-making across the payment journey. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring a team of product managers, and ensuring the platform remains technologically advanced while driving program-level initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create vision, objectives, metrics, and goals for program initiatives.
• Influence the roadmap of technical products that are part of the program.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators on the organization's scorecard.
• Develop a prioritization framework and apply a data-driven methodology to drive prioritization, risk management, and roadmaps.
• Engage with market-facing product teams, architects, and engineering leaders to identify key platform product issues.
• Solicit feedback on the platform product roadmap.
• Mentor a team of high-performing technical product managers.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of technology and intelligence.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and gather feedback.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technical product management.
• Experience in AI/ML products preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the payments industry or related fields.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
