About the position

The Principal Product Manager will lead the team focused on delivering transformational AI-driven experiences for Time & Attendance with QuickBooks Time, a key part of the QuickBooks Online ecosystem. This role is dedicated to creating tools and services that enhance the success of small businesses by improving time tracking and management, ultimately helping them turn time into money. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned product leader passionate about delivering transformative change for small businesses in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and product strategy of QuickBooks Time within the HCM platform for QuickBooks.
• Be the domain expert for the business, customers, and product capabilities to champion the growth strategy for QuickBooks Time.
• Work closely with cross-functional leadership from marketing, sales, success, and finance to define and validate the next chapter of growth.
• Drive an end-to-end experience for the Mid Market customer, from discovering to managing their team.
• Utilize a user-focused mindset to draw out deep customer insights combined with data to fuel product vision and direction.
• Rapidly execute and iterate with an emphasis on capturing critical learning to validate business opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience driving product strategy, adoption, and business growth.
• Experience in Small Business or Mid Market Growth is a bonus.
• Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to develop and execute experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong customer obsession with a focus on creating the best experiences to meet customer needs.
• Proven track record of leading other product managers to deliver exceptional results.
