About the position

The Principal Product Manager - Trust (Security, Privacy and Data Governance) at Treasure Data will lead the development of the next generation of the access management platform, focusing on privacy and security access control frameworks. This role is crucial for ensuring that enterprise customers can onboard their teams effectively while maintaining robust security and privacy standards. The position involves driving the overall strategy for user management and authorization models, ensuring that the Customer Data Platform (CDP) meets complex security and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of Security, Privacy and Data Governance feature sets.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders, security experts, customers, and prospects to understand market needs around security administrative features.
  • Apply knowledge of global data privacy and information security regulations to drive alignment across CDP teams.
  • Lead projects to implement standards, tools, and processes supporting security controls, privacy, and data governance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and requirements to define compelling product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience focusing on infrastructure/data security or equivalent experience with a complex technical product.
  • Working knowledge of standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Social Sign-On, SSO, and LDAP.
  • Good understanding of enterprise security and data governance architectures.
  • Good understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
  • Prior experience in building and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products.
  • Experience building security products on private or public clouds (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Proven track record of setting a product vision and executing product roadmaps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with machine learning on customer data.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms and their functionalities.
