About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Trust at Headway will lead efforts to enhance security and privacy for all customers, including therapists, patients, and payers. This role involves setting the vision and strategy for trust-related software engineering initiatives, developing new trust-centered products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering customer confidence in Headway's platform.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Trust by defining a strategy and roadmap for security and privacy initiatives.
• Build customer-facing features that enhance security and privacy on the Headway platform.
• Partner with product leaders on new product launches that involve significant data components.
• Develop platform components and tooling to ensure security is a default consideration in product development.
• Collaborate with various teams to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, with at least 2 years focused on trust products.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in building scalable solutions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• High standards for quality in user experience and product development.
• Results-driven with a focus on creating impactful solutions.
