About the position

The Principal Product Manager at SeekOut will be responsible for leading multiple areas within the SeekOut Grow talent management solution. This role focuses on matching employees with opportunities, upskilling, and supporting career development. The position involves driving innovative solutions that integrate AI and talent intelligence into key talent practices such as internal staffing and career mobility.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with prospects and customers to discover unmet needs, define new solutions, and iterate to find product-market-fit.
• Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap that will deliver substantial differentiation and customer impact.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and definition through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Synthesize insights from discovery and conceptualization to drive effective decision-making informed by user journeys and product strategy.
• Engage with prospects, customers, and users to understand their pains, needs, and concerns, representing SeekOut in customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with successful examples of creating 0-to-1 products, preferably in early-stage startups or startup teams in larger organizations.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and optimize for velocity in product development.
• Strong capability to articulate strategy while also focusing on product details for a frictionless user experience.
• Experience in building simple user experiences in collaboration with designers, demonstrating keen customer empathy and design thinking.
• Strong sense of ownership and drive for results, with the ability to resolve conflicts and rally the team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SaaS products in areas such as Search, AI, ML, NLP, HR Tech, or Recruiting.
