About the position
The Principal Product Manager at Findem will play a crucial role in leading a major product initiative that leverages AI/ML and data technologies to transform how HR teams find and retain talent. This position involves setting long-term strategies, driving product decisions, and collaborating across functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of product milestones.
Responsibilities
- Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy and making the business case for more investment.
- Own the company's thesis for the market segment, including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs.
- Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, using quantitative and qualitative data to drive conclusions.
- Work closely with engineering to focus efforts on impactful innovations, owning prioritization, unblocking major issues, and landing product milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience.
- Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building.
- Experience with B2B PLG products and B2B SaaS, especially for multi-step workflows.
- Ability to drive short term execution while building towards a long term vision.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows.
- Prior experience in recruiting or HR software.
- Prior experience in AI/ML products.
