Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AI and Data-driven solutions in the travel insurance sector.
• Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities and models.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing solutions.
• Champion the user experience by ensuring products are intuitive, efficient, and customer-centric.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, establish partnerships, and drive product success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in AI and Machine Learning, particularly in fintech or insurtech industries.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and their applications in product development.
• Clear strategic vision for how AI can transform the travel insurance industry.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Passion for understanding and meeting the needs of customers, advocating for user-centric solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire them to achieve ambitious product goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
