About the position

The Principal Product Manager at Wheels Up Partners LLC is responsible for defining the overall product strategy and shaping the vision for product suites to ensure world-class customer satisfaction. This role involves driving product development across various cross-functional teams, managing the product roadmap, and utilizing data-driven analysis to support decision-making and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall product strategy and vision for product suites.
• Drive product development across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, UX, QA, and documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap balancing customer and business requirements.
• Use SQL for data-driven analysis to support product decisions.
• Present business cases for new product features and create forecasting models and predictive algorithms.
• Report on progress and create new metrics or KPIs as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• One year of experience as a Sales Operation Manager, Technical Sales Consultant, or related role.
• Experience with complex data analysis including model creation, what-if scenarios, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data mining including SQL, ETL, and Data Warehouse.
