About the position

The Principal Product Manager at AHEAD, also known as a Solutions Manager, is responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution of the services solutions portfolio, particularly around innovation and data platforms. This role involves collaborating with various leaders and engineering teams to develop and launch solutions that address urgent client needs, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution for AHEAD's services solutions portfolio.
• Create and manage solutions from conception to launch by connecting business outcomes to technical solutions.
• Work closely with leaders across Cloud, Application Development, Data, Security, ServiceNow, and Data Center practices.
• Drive product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and lead design discussions.
• Build strategic working relationships with execution leadership and peers internally and externally.
• Analyze data and conduct primary research to inform product strategy.
• Influence multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research and industry trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Information Technology including development, implementation, R&D, and innovation within Cloud, SaaS, Data, AI & ML, or Application development areas.
• 5+ years experience in product management, offering development, or solution development with a focus on building and shipping technical services or products.
• 3+ years' experience directly managing or leading teams with technical resources.
• Experience creating product roadmap(s) and defining go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and achieve strategic goals.

Nice-to-haves

• Technology Consulting experience at a top-tier or boutique IT firm.
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
