About the position

The Principal Product Manager for the Intuit Identity Platform will lead the vision and strategy for the Authentication capability, enabling secure access for all Intuit users. This role focuses on transforming user experiences through innovative identity solutions, ensuring that sensitive workflows are safeguarded while delivering impactful results. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer empathy, and strong leadership to drive product development and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Identity Authentication capability.
  • Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements and understanding business goals.
  • Work with development teams to design optimal user experiences and scalable services.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions.
  • Define success metrics and prioritize requirements using a data-driven approach.
  • Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scale.
  • Partner with program management to ensure project execution and delivery.
  • Engage with different Intuit business offering teams to align on requirements and priorities.
  • Spend time with end-users to gather insights and understand their pain points.
  • Represent the team in presentations, meetings, and customer events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly with identity systems.
  • Strong understanding of identity, authentication, and security concepts.
  • Experience with federated identity, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and industry standards like OpenID Connect/OAuth, FIDO, and NIST 800-63.
  • Proven track record in defining and delivering impactful products.
  • Previous experience managing a team and coaching individuals.
  • Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development.
  • Experience in program/project management and managing complex deliverables across teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
