About the position

The Principal Product Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is responsible for leading the strategy and operational roadmap for complex products or product portfolios. This role involves synthesizing market requirements, guiding stakeholders through the product lifecycle, and collaborating across various teams to optimize product success. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovative products to market and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for complex products or a product portfolio.
• Builds and delivers the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case for innovative products.
• Synthesizes market requirements into marketing/customer details through intimate customer knowledge and industry acumen.
• Guides key stakeholders on portfolio strategy across all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across product value chain partners to optimize margins.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study.
• 10+ years of work experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
