About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Applied AI Innovation at Intuit will lead high-impact initiatives within the Smart Product organization, focusing on integrating AI capabilities into Intuit's products such as QuickBooks, MailChimp, Turbo Tax, and Credit Karma. This role is pivotal in reimagining customer service for both consumers and small to medium businesses by leveraging advanced AI techniques. The position requires navigating ambiguity and driving transformative change within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact, strategic AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKR, and success metrics for products.
• Direct user research and prototype experimentation to validate hypotheses.
• Explore unconventional ideas and challenge assumptions to unlock new product experiences.
• Earn buy-in from stakeholders and inspire teams through storytelling and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in AI-native technical products.
• Proven track record of taking innovative software products from concept to production with high adoption rates.
• Exceptional strategic leadership and deep customer empathy.
• High degree of technical understanding for collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
