About the position

As a Principal Product Manager at Arkose Labs, you will lead the development and success of innovative products aimed at protecting consumers from online spam and abuse. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality products that drive business growth and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically in cloud security, fraud, or bot security product development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Sound technical understanding to communicate with engineering teams and assess feasibility.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and devise solutions.
• Solid project management skills to coordinate multiple projects, with experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Web Security, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Cloud Security/Bot Management and its unique challenges.
• Experience with Agile methodologies for product development, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Relevant certifications in product management or Cloud/Web Security.
