About the position

The Principal Product Marketing Manager (Cloud Enterprise) will lead marketing activities for a high-tech SaaS company, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies for Cloud Enterprise products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create sales enablement materials, manage campaigns, and analyze performance to drive product marketability and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Run marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
  • Implement sales plans and manage marketing staff.
  • Contribute to existing Cloud Enterprise campaigns by translating core messaging artifacts into customer-facing materials.
  • Partner with PMM teams to embed Cloud Enterprise messaging into other solutions and campaigns.
  • Create new sales plays for selling Cloud Enterprise and enable the field.
  • Develop campaign briefs in partnership with Demand Generation.
  • Own and run individual campaigns as part of existing product and GTM strategies across channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with core PM counterparts and create GTM launch plans for product releases.
  • Create sales enablement artifacts and customer-facing collateral.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by capitalizing on market opportunities and coordinating new product development.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to provide information for marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • 7-10 years of experience with 4+ years in product marketing, specifically in Enterprise product marketing and SaaS.
  • Familiarity with key enterprise trust concepts such as security, compliance, scale, and performance.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and executing plans from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT audience and B2B SaaS business, particularly cloud platform capabilities.
  • Data-driven marketer with skills in analyzing performance and setting campaign goals.
  • Proficiency in applications like Zoom, Slack, GSuite, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting customer-facing materials and enablement materials.
  • Project management skills to document and organize marketing campaigns effectively.
