About the position

The Principal Product Marketing Manager at Instabase is responsible for defining the strategic narrative and market positioning of the Instabase AI Hub. This role involves collaborating with product and go-to-market teams to craft compelling marketing content, drive product launches, and enhance customer engagement through effective storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives. The position is pivotal in shaping market perception and driving demand for the company's innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic narrative for Instabase AI Hub, ensuring cohesive messaging with Product and GTM teams.
  • Develop and deliver impactful marketing assets such as blogs, whitepapers, presentations, demos, and customer stories.
  • Partner with growth and product teams to enhance product-led motion for seamless customer nurturing and conversion.
  • Drive successful cross-functional product launches and align themes with demand programs to maximize impact.
  • Establish a feedback loop with the product team by integrating insights from customers, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of product marketing experience, particularly in marketing SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience in partnering with product teams to craft strategic narratives and go-to-market launches.
  • Exceptional content creation skills for marketing campaigns and field teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing details while delivering quickly.
  • Strong team player thriving in cross-functional environments, adept at managing complex projects and mentoring junior team members.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $177,750 to $197,500 + bonus, equity, and US benefits.
