About the position

Leapwork is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager of Product Marketing to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be instrumental in telling the story of how our AI-powered test automation platform empowers enterprise companies to deliver continuous quality across their business. You will work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to create and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy that will help Leapwork succeed in the competitive landscape of enterprise software. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will become an expert on our enterprise buyers, user personas, and champions, understanding their specific needs, pain points, and goals. Your role will involve researching, documenting, and operationalizing customer use cases and the problems that Leapwork solves. You will identify and define the key value drivers that differentiate Leapwork in the market and maintain competitive intelligence to ensure we stay ahead of the competition. Your responsibilities will include developing product marketing collateral such as website pages, blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets that support the buyer's journey and communicate the value of Leapwork. You will also develop and deliver product, market, and industry-specific enablement to the Leapwork sales team and partners, create campaign messaging and content to support ongoing marketing initiatives, and participate in field and industry events as a Leapwork evangelist. Additionally, you will document and demonstrate Leapwork's value in analyst market research reports, support the development of customer case studies and webinars, and participate in win/loss analysis to understand our competitive positioning. Your insights will help us track overarching market trends and patterns, ensuring that Leapwork remains a leader in the test automation space.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on enterprise buyers, user personas, and champions, understanding their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Research, document, and operationalize customer use cases and problems that Leapwork solves.
  • Identify and define key value drivers that differentiate Leapwork in the market.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, customer success, and engineering teams to refine and evolve the product roadmap.
  • Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets.
  • Create and deliver product, market, and industry-specific enablement to the sales team and partners.
  • Develop campaign messaging and content to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in field and industry events as a Leapwork evangelist.
  • Document and demonstrate Leapwork's value in analyst market research reports.
  • Support the development of customer case studies and webinars.

  • Research and track overarching market trends and patterns.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of enterprise software marketing experience, including 4 years in product marketing.
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies across the Software Development Lifecycle, especially in large enterprise environments.
  • Outstanding English communication skills to explain complex technical concepts simply and intuitively.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Proven experience being self-directed and working with minimal supervision.
  • Data-driven approach, using data to measure results and inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service offerings.
  • Experience designing sales collateral from scratch based on various inputs including sales conversations and market research.
