About the position

The Principal Product Marketing Manager at HubSpot will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Marketing Hub product. Responsibilities

  • Drive significant impact for the Marketing Hub product through effective product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop and execute positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Marketing Hub features.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships across departments to facilitate project success.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver impactful go-to-market launches.
  • Present and publish content to promote new ideas and marketing strategies.
  • Work on complex issues that require a deep understanding of HubSpot's company-wide goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience or similar experience in a product-led role.
  • Demonstrated experience in running positioning and launch strategies for SaaS or Product Led Growth technology companies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate project timelines and responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to executives and diverse audiences.
  • An owner's mindset with high personal accountability and the ability to work independently.
