About the position

At CoreLogic, we are driven by a single mission—to make the property industry faster, smarter, and more people-centric. We are seeking a hybrid-remote Principal Product Owner who will lead the next cycle of innovation for our proprietary Master Data product, CoreLogic Integrated Property (CLIP). This unique identifier connects the most current and complete universe of all real properties within CoreLogic's data assets. Our competitive advantage lies in our rich tapestry of property and geospatial data, and we aim to resolve the challenges posed by disassociated data. By creating a unique property identifier that links datasets across our national property ecosystem, we unlock significant client benefits, providing access to property data that is complete, current, and connected. The connectivity enabled by CLIP allows us to offer a unique perspective on property parcels that is unparalleled in the industry. As the Principal Product Owner, you will functionally lead the property graph with a focus on master data management principles. You will tackle high-value problems of nationwide scale that are fundamental to the digitization of the real estate business. Your role will involve applying Big Data Analytics, Master Data Management, and Geospatial analytics to design and build differentiating data products. You will collaborate with commercial product management leaders to understand the vision, go-to-market strategy, and define product features and roadmaps to realize this vision. You will own the product roadmap and lead the execution of delivery, providing functional guidance to a team of architects, software engineers, data engineers, and QA professionals. Additionally, you will work with market-facing product teams to evangelize data products and enable integration, participating in product strategy and planning sessions and presenting to executives.
