As a Principal Product Strategist at WillowTree, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of Business Strategy, Technology, and User Experience, guiding the creation and evolution of exceptional digital products and experiences. This position offers the autonomy to develop beautiful and useful digital products across various platforms, including native apps, responsive sites, bots, and voice assistants, for a diverse range of well-known brands. You will operate at both the individual product level and across a client's entire digital portfolio, ensuring that the products not only meet user needs but also align with business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying competitive whitespace and facilitating client workshops to draw out business goals and strategic priorities. You will participate in user research, drive ideation sessions aimed at achieving business objectives, and articulate the business value of your recommendations. As a trusted advisor to senior clients, you will develop lasting relationships and ensure that the products you help create are viable, desirable, and feasible. Your work will involve collaborating closely with designers, researchers, and project managers to set the direction for products and portfolios, while also contributing to commercial activities such as client pitches and RFP responses. The Principal Product Strategist position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
