About the position

The Principal Program Manager for Talent Acquisition Enablement at Atlassian is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that drive transformational change within the Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, technology innovation, and operational excellence while ensuring a data-driven approach to program management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to support hiring transformation initiatives and ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex and highly cross-functional technical and non-technical programs across TA Enablement.
  • Partner with TA, People Technology, People Insights, and Product Leaders on complex programs to drive ATS and other recruiting tool enhancements.
  • Drive the change, enablement, and adoption strategy to ensure program success.
  • Communicate across teams, functions, and programs to ensure broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights.
  • Set, analyze, and report on program goals and impact using industry-standard approaches and benchmarking.
  • Negotiate across teams to broker commitments and program roadmaps, managing complex dependencies.
  • Surface program risks early and implement resolution/mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, Talent Operations/Enablement, or related experience.
  • Experience with large-scale change and transformations, including tool/technology implementations.
  • Successful track record in building and delivering key recruiting programs linked to business strategy or OKRs.
  • Experience in project management and influencing partner teams for successful deliverables.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and software (e.g., iCIMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout) and knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
