About the position

The Principal Programmer Analyst at Net2Source is responsible for providing technical and functional contributions to application development teams. This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, implementing, and maintaining systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and participation in ticket management processes, while also providing training and guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional contributions to application development teams.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and enhance existing or new systems.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems and prepare detailed specifications for programming.
• Apply appropriate development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analyst, technical team members, Scrum master, and Technology manager.
• Participate in ticket management and resolution processes, including receiving and monitoring resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Work on large scale projects and provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
• Document the solution being delivered and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Live Energy Connect using ICCP.
• 5+ years of working experience with ISOs.
• 3+ years of AIX/Unix working experience.
• 3+ years of experience with agile technologies and Jira tool.
• Oracle Certified Professional certification required.
• Python Institute Certification 1 required.

Nice-to-haves

• Unix/Windows scripting experience.
• Python working experience.
• SCADA experience with large systems and different connection setups with field devices.
