We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Project Program Manager, Chief of Staff to join our AT&T Business Product & Pricing Organization. In this role, you will support the Director Chief of Staff for the SVP, work closely with the DR's and their Chiefs, as well as key partner organizations. This critical position will play a pivotal role in proactively managing cross-functional / cross-organization projects and drive strategic initiatives ensuring successful execution of the organization's key objectives. As a Principal Project Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Director, Chief of Staff and SVP to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive complex project and program delivery, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization will be essential in facilitating communication and collaboration to drive results. You will also be responsible for developing storyboards and PowerPoints, preparing executives for presentations that go in front of the Chairman and the Board, managing business financials and budgets, and overseeing the planning and execution of key events and meetings. Proactively identifying risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating as necessary will be crucial to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Your leadership will be vital as you provide guidance and mentoring to team members, supporting their personal and professional development. You will work closely with the Product Strategy team to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of product strategies and roadmaps.
