About the position

The Principal, Revenue Operations & Online Growth at Mr. Cooper Group is a strategic role within the Marketing Team, focused on enhancing financial performance and maximizing profitability for the mortgage originations team. This position involves developing insights to inform online marketing strategies, implementing performance improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive business growth and customer recapture through effective online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide strategic online growth recommendations to optimize spending allocation and achieve financial targets.
  • Work closely with Finance and Marketing to identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Define ‘metrics that matter' and manage the process to package these measurements into dashboards and reports to measure online performance.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and executive summaries that identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Actively monitor, analyze and report on financial results.
  • Be a key contributor in deep-dive analysis and Executive presentations of online performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or finance.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, executing high-impact consumer-focused marketing.
  • Proven track record of deploying successful marketing strategies and tactics that yielded significant online traffic and financial growth.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and project management.
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry landscape.
