Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing activities related to design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company's Policy Governance Framework.
• Engages collaboratively with business and risk partners to enhance their risk management practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Executes oversight routines across the enterprise to validate adherence to risk management routines.
• Facilitates communication and builds effective working relationships with key business stakeholders and risk owners.
• Assists senior management with ad-hoc analysis, projects, presentations, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience in the specified fields.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• RIMS - Certified Risk Management Professional.
