About the position

The Sales Engineer at Sabre Corporation plays a crucial role in promoting the SabreMosaic Intelligent Retailing Platform, focusing on driving business value and customer solutions. This position involves collaborating with sales and account management teams to enhance customer success and pipeline growth across the Americas region. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of Sabre's innovative solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor and solution expert for the SabreMosaic Intelligent Retailing Platform.
  • Engage with customers to identify and demonstrate the business value of SabreMosaic.
  • Support pipeline growth through presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept development for prospective customers.
  • Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business.
  • Partner with sales organization to ensure effective management of customers and long-term commercial success.
  • Act as a customer advocate, capturing feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer engagement at various levels.
  • Provide regular detailed status and activity reporting in customer activities and solutions performance to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders across Sabre.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written (knowledge of Spanish a plus).
  • Proven experience selling and driving negotiations to a successful close.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into value-based solution proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong people skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Great team player.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel/airline markets and/or enterprise software space is preferred.
  • Understanding of the industries new Offer & Order Standards a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
