About the position

The Principal Sales Operations Senior Manager for Territory Ops at Cloudflare is responsible for designing and managing the Salesforce Territory Management Framework. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes, territory planning, and ensuring effective operations within the sales organization. The position requires collaboration with various teams to drive results and establish a cohesive framework for territory management, ultimately supporting Cloudflare's high growth and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Territory management strategy, governance and plan
  • Execute the established plan and manage day-to-day operations
  • Create a 3-year maturity model for Territory operations optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective deployment of Territory operations
  • Develop effective governance via policy, process training and communication

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Territory Planning and Design in a fast-paced tech company or as a consultant
  • Expert level Salesforce functional and analytical skills with focus on territory planning, account assignment, and data operations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with Planning tools such as Fullcast, Salesforce, Varicent, Anaplan
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and driving enhancements
  • Bachelor's degree required
