This position is based out of our Newark, CA headquarters, where you will collaborate closely with various teams including Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and implement sophisticated solutions within our Salesforce instance, ensuring that our systems are optimized for efficiency and scalability. In this role, you will be a core member of the Retail and Commerce Systems team, leveraging your extensive experience to create a strategic vision for our Salesforce architecture. You will be tasked with pioneering our systems strategy, drawing on your background in sales, marketing, and customer service systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Salesforce developer, Tech Lead, or Architect role, and will be expected to provide thought leadership as our team continues to grow.
