About the position
The Principal Software Developer (PSD) at BECU is responsible for delivering innovative software solutions that enhance member experiences. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive technical design and mentoring peers to improve technical performance. Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge software solutions that align with BECU's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business unit managers to develop prototypes and address business challenges through technical insights.
- Present technical work and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, establishing thought leadership.
- Engage with the broader technical community to represent BECU's values and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and technical design.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with business partners and teams.
- Ability to mentor peers and guide technology initiatives.
