About the position

The Principal Software Product Manager at Lennox International is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of mobile applications and customer engagement platforms. This role involves strategic planning, driving new product initiatives, and enhancing customer lifecycle management to improve user retention and satisfaction. The position requires collaboration across various departments to ensure product success and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-generational product and technical roadmap for mobile apps and customer engagement platforms.
• Implement strategies for customer awareness, activation, retention, and referral.
• Enhance customer lifetime value through targeted metrics like Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Boost dealer interaction with daily and monthly active user metrics to improve service efficiency and satisfaction.
• Utilize cohort analysis to assess user retention and behavior, facilitating strategic adjustments and enhancements.
• Identify and manage partnerships to expand product reach and functionality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, and sales teams to ensure product success from conception through launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of related experience.
• Full understanding of approaches to assessing and improving the customer value proposition.
• Extensive marketing knowledge including branding, product life-cycle, competitive positioning, and communications.
• Expert in analysis and decisions regarding complex or high impact aspects of product and brand marketing.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
