About the position

As a Principal Solutions Architect for GenAI/ML at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and utilization of AWS GenAI/ML services across various industries in North America. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, designing tailored GenAI/ML solutions, conducting proof of concepts, and facilitating AWS service adoption. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to innovate and deliver scalable AWS solutions, while also creating thought leadership content and reusable assets to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption and utilization of AWS GenAI/ML services for customers in North America.
• Understand customer requirements and design GenAI/ML solutions.
• Conduct proof of concepts and remove blockers for AWS service adoption.
• Gather customer and industry needs to partner with AWS product teams.
• Influence go-to-market strategies and sales plays for new or existing services.
• Collaborate with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads.
• Create thought leadership content and reusable assets to help customers adopt AWS services at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
• Experience developing technology solutions and guiding IT transformations toward cloud computing.
• At least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning, with knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with Amazon SageMaker or similar products, and understanding of various algorithms and architectures.
