About the position

As Principal Solution Architect, GenAI/ML, you will support the adoption and utilization of Amazon Web Services (AWS) GenAI/ML services for customers in North America across various industries. Your role involves understanding customer requirements, designing GenAI/ML solutions, conducting proof of concepts, and facilitating AWS service adoption. You will collaborate with AWS product teams to innovate and deliver scalable solutions, influence go-to-market strategies, and create thought leadership content to assist customers in adopting AWS services effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the adoption and utilization of AWS GenAI/ML services for customers in North America.
  • Understand customer requirements and design GenAI/ML solutions.
  • Conduct proof of concepts and remove blockers for AWS service adoption.
  • Gather customer and industry needs to partner with AWS product teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Go to Market counterparts to influence GTM strategies.
  • Partner with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads.
  • Create reusable assets and demos to help customers adopt AWS services at scale.
  • Deliver thought leadership content and conduct webinars and workshops.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Experience developing technology solutions and guiding IT transformations toward cloud computing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning with knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with Amazon SageMaker or similar products and understanding of various algorithms and architectures.

  • Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management.
  • Knowledge of database design and implementation.
  • Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills with comfort speaking to executives and IT management.
