About the position

The Principal & Senior Principal Product Manager for Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Contract Management is responsible for informing product strategy and direction, advocating for critical business and customer requirements, and aligning this strategy with the broader OHAI product strategy. This role involves delivering innovative solutions and integrations into the patient, clinical staff, and administrative staff experience, while defining quality standards and working with teams to achieve these goals. The position requires a deep understanding of cost models, risk mitigation, and the ability to present ideas to executive audiences, making it essential to have strong customer focus and subject matter expertise in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in effectively steering intricate projects from conception through to commercialization and launch.
  • Proactively gather competitive intelligence, researching industry trends to establish and refine commercialization benchmarks.
  • Strategize, document, and relay to stakeholders the KPIs vital for gauging the efficacy and areas of improvement in GTM initiatives.
  • Swiftly identify potential GTM program risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead cross-functional endeavors, showcasing stellar leadership skills in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Ideate and communicate product migration strategy and automation opportunities to transform customer experiences.
  • Prioritize and groom the backlog with a focus on reduced cost to Oracle and customers as they operate our products.
  • Initiate and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders soliciting and addressing feedback.
  • Engage deeply with global team members, maintaining open channels with diverse healthcare stakeholders across continents.
  • Drive research targeted at understanding competitive landscapes and new market opportunities.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Finance, or a Healthcare-centric field (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years in product management or a role of similar caliber.
  • Experience working with healthcare customers to drive product strategy and direction for Healthcare Patient Accounting and Contract Management products.
  • Ability to operate autonomously as well as play a role of a leader on the broader team.
  • Precision-focused with the capability to juggle and direct diverse priorities.
  • Dynamic mindset capable of strategic and on-the-fly decision-making in a high-velocity environment.
  • Exceptional messaging skills in both written/oral/presentation communication skills.
  • Proven experience achieving KPIs set for product and industry growth.
