About The Position
The Principal System Engineer at AT&T is responsible for overseeing Digital program quality engineering and integration solution testing for major projects and releases. This role requires a deep understanding of testing principles, test architecture, and various testing phases. The engineer will liaise with leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring test design and execution, and delivering regular status reports. The position also involves translating business requirements into test strategies and plans, leading team members, and driving improvements in quality assurance practices to enhance customer experience.
