About the position

The Principal Systems Analyst at Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) will provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for the C2BMC Test Facility (CTF) for the Missile Defense Agency. This role involves supporting large-scale government operations through advanced technology and ensuring mission success for missile defense systems. The position emphasizes professional development and teamwork within a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts.
  • Develop, integrate, engineer, test, train, and ensure cyber security and event readiness for C2BMC Test Bed and associated infrastructure at the MDIOC.
  • Support C2BMC operations worldwide as required.
  • Assist the CTF Chair for requirements, design, and verification reviews and audits.
  • Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize CTF simultaneous activities.
  • Develop briefings and present to leadership.
  • Work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • MA/MS degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project OR a BA/BS degree and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines.
  • Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
  • Experience with IT enterprise management solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
  • Experience with network, system administration, and cyber infrastructure.
  • Experience in developing and presenting reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
  • Prefer candidates with Network, System Administration, or Cyber Security certifications.
  • Military experience is a plus.
