Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for a Principal Systems Analyst who will provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for the C2BMC Test Facility (CTF) for Missile Defense Agency. This individual will work on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract and will play a key role and helping the Agency achieve mission success. Responsibilities: Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. Provide technical duties for developing, integrating, engineering, testing, training, cyber security, and event readiness for C2BMC Test Bed and associated infrastructure at the MDIOC. Support C2BMC operations worldwide, as required. Support the CTF Chair for requirements, design, and verification reviews and audits. Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews. Work with many stakeholders to prioritize CTF simultaneous activities. Develop briefings and present to leadership. Work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: MA/MS degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project OR a BA/BS degree and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement. Active Secret clearance. Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines. Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes. Apply IT enterprise management solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations. Experience with network, system administration, and cyber infrastructure. Experience in developing and presenting reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required. Desired: Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment. Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment. Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment. Prefer candidates with Network, System Administration, or Cyber Security certifications. Military experience is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems. Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams. Working knowledge of weapons system components and mission. Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures. Ability to work in a high paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership. Proficient with Microsoft software applications. Ability to execute and complete tasks without supervision. Ability to lead a team of contractors in the completion of projects and tasks. Ability to travel 20-25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
