About the position

Parsons is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for the C2BMC Test Facility (CTF). This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure effective integration and interface design efforts, supporting operations worldwide, and leading technical duties related to missile defense systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts.
  • Develop, integrate, engineer, test, train, and ensure cyber security and event readiness for C2BMC Test Bed and associated infrastructure.
  • Support C2BMC operations worldwide as required.
  • Assist the CTF Chair for requirements, design, and verification reviews and audits.
  • Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize CTF simultaneous activities.
  • Develop briefings and present to leadership.
  • Work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems.

Requirements

  • MA/MS degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project OR a BA/BS degree and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines.
  • Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
  • Experience with network, system administration, and cyber infrastructure.
  • Experience in developing and presenting reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.
  • Prefer candidates with Network, System Administration, or Cyber Security certifications.
  • Military experience is a plus.
