About The Position

Our Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. We are currently seeking a Senior Principal Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our Engineering team in Springfield, Virginia. This position requires a Top Secret clearance and involves a blend of site leadership and technical systems engineering responsibilities. Approximately 20% of the role will focus on site leadership activities, which include communicating and coordinating with customer representatives, providing daily status updates, facilitating visitor access requests, and conducting tours. The remaining 80% will be dedicated to technical systems engineering and program execution, where you will support the daily activities of a complex satellite ground system, assist with internal and external stakeholder maintenance activities, and manage bi-weekly operational software deliveries. You will also be responsible for performing on-site E2 triage and support during business hours, with after-hours on-call expectations.
