The Principal Systems Security Engineer - Anti-Tamper / Cyber Security role at Raytheon is a critical position focused on developing Systems Security Engineering (SSE) solutions to secure the technology advantage of the US warfighter. This role involves creating holistic security solutions that leverage Anti-Tamper (AT), Cyber Security, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection Implementation on embedded weapons systems. The successful candidate will engage in systems engineering tasks that include top-level requirements development, requirements analysis and allocation, design, verification, integration, and production/field support. In this position, you will implement SSE AT and Cyber Security solutions into RTX products, interact with customers to define SSE AT requirements, and support the development of plans and estimates. You will also be responsible for project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans. The role requires a security-conscious approach to resolving complex programs and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership regarding the proposed solutions, considering program cost, schedule, and technical aspects. The successful candidate will work closely with program and customer teams to provide strategic input and planning for system applications, architecture, and design in a dynamic, agile development environment. This position is based in Tucson, Arizona, and requires a strong background in systems security engineering, cybersecurity, and embedded security solutions, particularly within Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
