About the position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (Platform) to lead the development and continuous improvement of our platform products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that meet both technical and user needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for platform-related features.
• Develop a long-term product roadmap for platform products.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to prioritize and deliver features.
• Ensure seamless integration across various systems within the platform ecosystem.
• Leverage technical expertise to make informed decisions on platform architecture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related technical discussions.
• Work closely with user research teams to understand user pain points and gather feedback.
• Own the backlog for platform-related features and prioritize work based on feedback and goals.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform product success.
• Stay up to date on market trends and competitor platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years experience in back-end development, building API-first or developer-centric platforms.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role with a focus on platform-based products.
• Experience with building and scaling platform products and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and technical concepts, including cloud computing and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to develop complex technical products.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform infrastructure management.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, or enterprise integrations.
