As a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer cloud needs and synthesizing data from various sources, including industry analysis and insights from analysts and influencers. Your primary focus will be to create broad, portfolio-level value propositions that simplify the understanding of how cloud technology can be applied in businesses for high impact. This role requires a deep understanding of AWS capabilities and services, allowing you to connect the dots between different offerings to ensure that we are building and marketing the right portfolios to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will leverage your extensive experience as a technologist, working closely with customers who utilize cloud capabilities, and synthesize both external and internal data to guide feature prioritization and ensure consistency across various services. In this position, you will be responsible for developing compelling positioning and messaging at the portfolio level, acting as an advocate for customers during the product development process, and generating content artifacts that educate customers about our offerings. You will collaborate with engineering and product management teams to create strategy documents that guide the prioritization of AWS offerings and capabilities. Your role will also involve working closely with other AWS teams to ensure that value propositions are articulated clearly across various channels, including major events like re:Invent and AWS Summits.
