About the position

As a Principal Technical Program Manager in the Business Enablement & Transformation team at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects that significantly impact various groups across the firm. This role requires advanced analytical reasoning and adaptability to break down objectives into manageable tasks while driving change and managing resources effectively. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop new policies and processes, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals and contributing to the overall technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
  • Support Global Technology Strategy and IP Chief of Staff to define and drive impactful strategic operational change across all IP capabilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor and influencer to senior executives and key stakeholders to identify strategic change initiatives
  • Challenge the status quo and recommend innovative solutions to ensure desired outcomes
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases for change
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction for beneficial outcomes
  • Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies and platforms
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and incorporating best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in large organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions and vendor product knowledge
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills and problem-solving techniques
  • Proven ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in high-pressure environments
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and establishing productive relationships
