About the position

The position is responsible for leading and delivering complex business and technical projects at Early Warning, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in scope. The role involves engaging with multiple CXO organizations, defining high-level technical requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of EWS products. The individual will manage project workstreams, report on project progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex business and technical projects across multiple CXO organizations.
  • Define high-level technical requirements and design, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple interrelated project workstreams to ensure high-quality delivery from inception to completion.
  • Report on project tracking, including results, metrics, and deployment management activities to stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and status reports regarding milestones, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, evaluate progress, and proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Oversee and influence technical decisions, ensuring alignment and quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, fostering constructive dialogue and consensus.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and project plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large complex projects in a technical or software development environment.
  • Strong technical background with experience working with engineering or development teams.
  • Experience in financial institutions or similarly regulated industries.
  • Effective relationship building and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agile / ScrumMaster certifications and/or related certifications.
  • PMP, PRINC and/or related certifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification and/or related certifications.
