As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and managing projects that harness hyperscaler technologies and AI capabilities to develop and deploy innovative solutions. You will guide our network solutions and roadmap planning, targeting hyperscaler AI-driven opportunities. Collaborating across functions, you will lead complex networking programs from initiation to deployment, ensuring advanced technologies are seamlessly integrated into our infrastructure and align with strategic networking objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advise and counsel within and outside the organization, influencing the development of multi-year strategies.
• Lead the full lifecycle of networking programs, managing schedules, scope, risks, resources, and progress within hyperscalers.
• Proactively address and resolve issues impacting networking timelines and results, ensuring seamless integration with hyperscaler technologies.
• Define and analyze network-related features and priorities to support decision-making with data-driven insights, focusing on AI opportunities.
• Facilitate effective communication among Sales teams, Engineering, Product Management, and Release Management teams.
• Enhance organizational practices and tools to improve efficiency in networking and hyperscaler project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in networking, cloud deployment, or software development, including 6+ years in Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects that involve cross-functional or cross-team collaboration.
• 3+ years' experience in enhanced Ethernet technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML in a Data Center or Hyperscaler environment.
• Experience in Network Architecture, Cloud Development, Software Testing, and Deployment processes.
