About The Position

The Principal Technical Program Manager will lead Amazon IT's AI transformation by re-architecting IT systems from the data layer to customer-facing experiences. This role focuses on enhancing employee onboarding, improving IT support services, and driving the adoption of AI technologies to increase efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the execution of program mechanisms and plans across Amazon IT

• Work with product, design, engineering, and science teams on integrating AI foundations and solutions into their products
• Be the primary point of contact for all program stakeholders
