About the position

The Principal Technical Program Manager for Search Customer Experience at Amazon is responsible for enhancing the customer-facing search features across various devices. Responsibilities

  • Align product, design, science, and engineering teams towards effective delivery mechanisms.
  • Present strategic documents to senior leadership, advocating for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
