About the position

The Solution Engineering team is seeking experienced technical leads to drive the integration of advanced technology subsystems. This role involves leading a multi-functional team to ensure the successful delivery of high-performance technology solutions, focusing on program management and technical expertise. The position requires collaboration with various engineering teams to develop and maintain a technology roadmap, manage project execution, and ensure quality metrics are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and management of technology integration projects.
• Collaborate with Central Engineering technology leads and Solution Engineering teams to develop and maintain a technology roadmap.
• Drive the program from initiation through delivery, collaborating with internal and external partners on technical matters.
• Manage Program of Record (PORs) and ensure on-time milestone deliveries.
• Monitor key quality metrics, including design reviews and checklist reviews to ensure design quality.
• Manage timely resolution of change requests related to features, quality, and design efficiency.
• Investigate technical tradeoffs to achieve optimal Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).

Requirements

• Expert domain design knowledge in the IP technology being supported.
• Knowledge of industry standards and power/performance benchmarks in both pre- and post-silicon environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC design principles, methodologies, and tools, including design/verification methodologies and physical design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Integration, design verification, and implementation experience in high-performance CPU, GPU, and SOC chassis element designs, including interconnect, peripheral, power management, security, safety, and PDN.
