About the position

The Solution Engineering team is looking for experienced technical leads to support technology integration, specifically in areas such as CPUSS, GPUSS, SystemSS, and Droplet. This role involves leading a multi-functional team to ensure the successful delivery of high-performance technology subsystems, focusing on program management and technical expertise to meet project goals on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and management of technology integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with Central Engineering technology leads and Solution Engineering teams to develop and maintain a technology roadmap.
• Drive the program from initiation through delivery, ensuring collaboration with internal and external partners on technical matters.
• Manage Program of Record (POR) and ensure on-time milestone deliveries.
• Monitor key quality metrics, including design reviews and checklist reviews to ensure design quality.
• Manage timely resolution of change requests related to features, quality, and design efficiency.
• Investigate technical tradeoffs to achieve optimal Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).

Requirements

• Expert domain design knowledge in the IP technology being supported.
• Knowledge of industry standards and power/performance benchmarks in both pre- and post-silicon environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC design principles, methodologies, and tools, including design/verification methodologies and physical design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Integration, design verification, and implementation experience in high-performance CPU, GPU, and SOC chassis element designs, including interconnect, peripheral, power management, security, safety, and PDN.
