About the position

The Principal Technical Program Manager for Technical Strategic Programs at Intuit is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming and optimizing the Technology ecosystem to enhance customer outcomes. This position involves working closely with senior leaders to manage a portfolio of critical technology programs that align with Intuit's long-term growth objectives. The role emphasizes innovation, data-driven decision-making, and the application of best practices in program management to drive successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the Technology ecosystem operations to deliver on our platform strategy at scale
• Ensure progress towards expected outcomes for high-priority goals
• Define and lead strategic programs that are often nascent and ambiguous in platform technology
• Forge relationships with senior leaders to influence at the VP level and above
• Build strong partnerships across teams to deliver optimal program outcomes
• Leverage technical acumen to navigate the software development lifecycle and platform architecture

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of business outcomes, industry trends, and organizational strategy
• Ability to prioritize within a complex project portfolio
• Experience in making principled, data-driven recommendations for decision making
• Proven leadership in defining program outcomes and creating delivery plans
• Experience in developing operating rhythms to monitor performance and inspire teams
• Ability to identify risks and dependencies and provide recommendations for program delivery
